Rap superstar Lil Wayne will perform at the Bryce Jordan Center at Penn State’s University Park campus on Friday, Sept. 18, as part of his 20th anniversary tour celebrating the Tha Carter album series. The multi-platinum, five-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist will be joined by special guest 2 Chainz on most tour dates, with The Game supporting select shows.

The North American tour, promoted by Live Nation, kicks off June 30 at Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor, Maine, and spans more than 25 cities, including Chicago, Long Beach, Denver, and Nashville, before ending Oct. 23 at Food City Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The 2026 extension follows a successful 2025 run and continues the celebration of Wayne’s Tha Carter legacy, a series that has defined hip-hop for more than 20 years.

Tickets go on sale March 20 at 10 a.m. local time at Ticketmaster.com, following Citi and artist presales. Early fans can take advantage of a limited 2-for-$75 Day Ones ticket offer.

Wayne, who founded Young Money Entertainment, has sold more than 100 million records globally, earned his first Diamond certification for “Lollipop,” and influenced an entire generation of artists. His Tha Carter albums, including the latest Tha Carter VI, have consistently topped charts and shaped the sound of modern hip-hop.
